Shipping Policies

TwelveEightyEight.com normally ships all items within one to two business days via UPS,  USPS or DHL. However, extenuating circumstances may occur which can lead to a delay in shipping. A confirmation of shipment along with the tracking number will be sent at the time of shipment. We will attempt to use the fastest means, however, transit time is dependent upon the shipper and not Twelve Eighty Eight. An e-mail within 48 hours will be sent if an item is not currently available or if we need to check on availability. Ownership of the merchandise passes to you upon delivery. 

TwelveEightyEight.com ships ships both domestic and internationally. For international shipments, prices on the website are FOB Miami. Shipping charges, if charged at the time of purchase, are for shipping only and DO NOT include local duties, tariffs or VAT. Duties, tariffs and VAT are for your expense and NOT Twelve Eighty Eight. Unfortunately, we cannot accept international returns, except for Canada.
