Our goal is simple: beautiful garments, thoughtful service, and a return process that feels easy and fair.
Return Process
Every Twelve Eighty Eight garment is designed to be worn often and enjoyed for years. To keep our pieces in perfect condition for every customer, we ask that returned items meet the following guidelines.
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:

unworn
-
unwashed
-
unaltered
-
returned with all original tags attached
Final Sale Items
Items purchased that are marked down 70% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment.
Refunds include:

the price of the merchandise
-
applicable sales tax
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges
If you would prefer a different size or replacement item, we are happy to arrange an exchange.
Once the returned item is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item with no additional shipping charge.
Starting a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please email sales@twelveeightyeight.com with the following information:

Once we receive your request, we will review the information and confirm whether the return has been approved. A return label will be sent to the e-mail on file.
